Welcome to Triadelphia’s famous Hospitality Dinners.
Most Sabbaths our members bring delicious vegetarian foods to share with guests. We gather around our circular tables after the worship hour to enjoy both the meal and the fellowship. Both Paul (Romans 12:12-14) and Peter (I Peter 4:8-10) counseled Christians to share with those in need and with strangers – to “practice hospitality” – to “use whatever gifts we receive.” Hospitality at Triadelphia is rich in friendship as well as delicious food.
On the 1st Sabbath of each month the adult Sabbath School leaders sponsor a brunch at 9:00 AM. Often a special food(s) is requested to add variety to the menu. After brunch we remain in the fellowship hall and move directly into the Sabbath School program, in a more informal setting than we have in the sanctuary most Sabbaths. On Brunch Sabbaths and on Communion Sabbaths, the usual fellowship lunch after worship is cancelled.
Many of our members and regular guests have joined a fellowship team to help make this feature of Triadelphia one of its great attractions. Remember, team members, if you cannot be present on your appointed Sabbath, find someone to trade with you or replace you so that the team is complete and our dinners can continue to be a great success.
